Do you love serving others and want to grow in your walk with Jesus?
A week on Work Crew or Summer staff is a great way to be a part of what God is doing in the Central and Eastern Europe Region. You will serve a very special role in facilitating the camp experience for local kids and their leaders who are involved with Young Life in their communities.
Each session is approximately 10-12 days long and includes travel days, prep days and cultural exploration days.

Note: Plan on a minimum of 1-2 travel or exploration days before and after the above dates.
Work Crew
This is the volunteer experience for those between the ages of 16-18. To be eligible you must have completed one year of high school and complete your local area's work crew training course. The work crew serve the campers in a variety of ways like dining room servers, housekeepers and clean-up crew. You’ll meet other high school students from local communities (and around Europe) who are eager to serve their camper friends and grow in their faith.
Summer STaff
Summer Staff is the volunteer experience for those who have completed at least 1 year of university or 1 full year out of high school. Summer Staff serve the campers in roles as a non-verbal sharer of Jesus. They also get to lead workshops of English conversation, arts, dance, sports and more. Facilitating fun games and events and contributing to the smooth running of a camp day are some of valuable ways that Summer staff serve throughout the week.
