Churches & Teams
We offer short-term opportunities for high school, college, adult, family and church teams to serve on the Camp Team and connect with our Young Life staff and leaders around Central and Eastern Europe.
Being a part of work crew & summer staff during a week at camp will be a relationship-building experience for church youth groups or adult groups, families with teens, YL Campaigner groups and more. You will have the opportunity to teach English and other workshops, organize and run events behind-the-scenes, and get to know other international volunteers from around the region. Regular prayer, worship and small groups to develop your faith, in addition to classic Young Life fun and adventure, will be included all week long.
Our team handles accounting, communication, fundraising coaching, travel logistics and calendar management for all of the service opportunities.

Note: Plan on a minimum of 1-2 travel or exploration days before and after the above dates.
Flexibility is key as you will fill many of the traditional roles of work crew and summer staff while also helping the staff and leaders put on an amazing week of Young Life camp. In addition to your week of service you may customize your trip to include additional days of touring in Europe before or after the camp week.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1: Travel Day. Flight departs US and travels through the night.
Day 2: Arrive at International Airport the next morning/afternoon. Welcomed and hosted by local Young Life staff and leaders. Travel to hotel or camp property, enjoy dinner together, camp overview, get settled and rest.
Day 3: Attend local church and help with camp preparations.
Day 4-8: Serve on Summer Crew for a week of WyldLife or Young Life camp.
Day 9: Return to host city and spend the day exploring the city.
Day 10: Return flight from International Airport to the US.
